Infopankki is a multi-language website providing vital information to people planning to move to Finland and to immigrants already living in the country. The website also helps authorities with multi-language communications.

Infopankki offers users reliable information in their own language about moving to Finland, work, studying, housing, education, health, family, problem situations and leisure activities.

The Infopankki website is responsive. It is easy to use with various devices, such as smartphones and tablets.

Infopankki contains information about the services of several municipalities. When users enter the municipal website, they are shown links to basic information about the subject.

Additionally, it offers good hints on how or where to learn Finnish or Swedish

Methodology

The Infopankki website is maintained by the City of Helsinki.

The Infopankki editorial team is in charge of updating the sections Moving to Finland, Living in Finland and Information about Finland as well as the information on Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. The editorial teams of the other member municipalities are responsible for maintaining their own municipal websites.

The Finnishcourses.fi service for finding Finnish and Swedish language courses is a part of the Infopankki service.

Infopankki is funded by the state and partner municipalities.
